If your item is in stock it will have a handing time of between 1 - 2 working days( Monday-Saturday) and will be we aim to despatch all orders within 6-8 working days,( Monday-Saturday) but will ensure you are kept updated.
Change of Delivery Address:

Cancellations:

Parcels Damaged In Transit:
If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with the next steps.

We have a 30-days return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 3. DAMAGED, WRONG PRODUCTS OR ISSUES

To return your product, you should contact our mail.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
4. EXCHANGES

5. RESTOCKING FEE
We do not charge a restocking fee on returns.
6. REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
7. EXCLUSIONS
Any order that is discounted, on sale, on special offer or bought with a discount cannot be refunded. We still allow for exchanges and store credit on discounted, sale and special offer orders.
