Parcels Damaged In Transit:
If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with the next steps.

We have a 7-days return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 3. DAMAGED, WRONG PRODUCTS OR ISSUES

To return your product, you should contact our mail.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

4. EXCHANGES

5. RESTOCKING FEE

We do not charge a restocking fee on returns.

6. REFUNDS

7. EXCLUSIONS

Any order that is discounted, on sale, on special offer or bought with a discount cannot be refunded. We still allow for exchanges and store credit on discounted, sale and special offer orders.
