Parcels Damaged In Transit:

We have a 7-days return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your order to request a return. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

We do not charge a restocking fee on returns.

6. REFUNDS

7. EXCLUSIONS

Any order that is discounted, on sale, on special offer or bought with a discount cannot be refunded. We still allow for exchanges and store credit on discounted, sale and special offer orders.
